Kate earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from the College of New Jersey before venturing to Korea to teach English. After four years, Kate returned to the U.S. to earn her Master’s in Language, Learning, and Literacy from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Kate taught English as a Second Language (ESL) in Leominster for eight years before returning to Falmouth to start a small woodworking business with her husband.
